The scheme, forward funded by Hines on behalf of the Hines European Property Partners Fund (HEPP), comprises 219 ensuite cluster bedrooms and 41 self-contained studios.
With a communal lounge and landscaped roof terrace this asset will be operated by Aparto, HEPP’s full-service student living platform.
The scheme has also been designed to accommodate 90 cycle parking spaces with bird and bat boxes on roof areas.
